The above cited vehicle was purchased from Trupti Automotives on 14.06.2016 and it was noticed that the vehicle had already run 1700 kms. as on 2016. The following defects as mentioned below have noticed: 1. The A.C is not working. 2. The colours of the vehicle have been removed and rust patches could also be seen. 3. A shrilling sound is also produced from the roof ceiling of the vehicle. 4. The light is not working properly. 5. An unusual sound is also coming from inside the vehicle while it runs.
Though several phone calls have been made to Trupti Automotives in this context, no proper response could be obtained. You may please note that our school owns 10 nos. of Tata Buses for its use.
Therefore, you are requested to look into the matter serously and replace a new vehicle inplace of that old vehicle which has been supplied by you on 14.06.2016.
