i had ordered for a convertible RD3500 to USB cable on 12-02-2021. I had done the payment online through payu
I had received a confirmation mail in my registered mail id but after that i didnt receive any confirmation call nor any track of my order.

This site is still operational and i request the authorities to strictly enquire for such kind of websites
Every products they are selling for just Rs.199, I have shared the screenshot for the same
Please assist me on my refund
