A recharge of 99/- done vide transation ID 389112424, voucher code vc608cd116b2f6c2 and order no. BUYPRV_2124642276 for recharge in BSNL East, but recharge failed. Whilw amount is deducted from my account.

* Get refund / replacement / damages from dealmegood.
I lost Rs 99 for recharging BSNL. Their website was down for 48 -72 hours on 19 April 2021. They issued a voucher valid for 30 days. Today I tried to recharge with it but it is still show the web is down….How to make complaint
