I have paid Rs 181/- for validity extension of 28 days for my mobile with bsnl mobile service, through dealmegood.com. The dealmegood.com had accepted the payment and had sent an email of successful payment with Transaction ID : 389225914 and order ID: BUYPRV_2111438534. The said transaction was done on 01May2021. To date 05May2021, the validity extension is not done by the service provider. I contacted the support team of dealmegood.com, who respond with the email message to contact the merchant bsnl. This has happened at Bangalore. Now the dealmegood had taken payment and I do not know whether this payment has really reached the service provider at bsnl. I will be thankful to dealmegood.com if they can give me the details of payment on my behalf to bsnl and whom should I contact at bsnl telephonically. I would be satisfied if a refund of the amount is done as quick as possible, since I have to make alternate arrangement for extension of validity of my mobile. Their support team cashfree office is located at Bangalore – Koramangla.
