I have paid Rs 181/- for validity extension of 28 days for my mobile with bsnl mobile service, through The had accepted the payment and had sent an email of successful payment with Transaction ID : 389225914 and order ID: BUYPRV_2111438534. The said transaction was done on 01May2021. To date 05May2021, the validity extension is not done by the service provider. I contacted the support team of, who respond with the email message to contact the merchant bsnl. This has happened at Bangalore. Now the dealmegood had taken payment and I do not know whether this payment has really reached the service provider at bsnl. I will be thankful to if they can give me the details of payment on my behalf to bsnl and whom should I contact at bsnl telephonically. I would be satisfied if a refund of the amount is done as quick as possible, since I have to make alternate arrangement for extension of validity of my mobile. Their support team cashfree office is located at Bangalore – Koramangla.
