I purchased a pair of Boat Rockerz 255 pro earphones for Rs 999 from this website, but instead I received a pair of Boat Rockerz 205, which appears to have been previously used or manufactured using duplicate parts.

That is incredibly unfair. They no longer return my calls, messages, emails, etc.

Please take them seriously to prevent many people from losing their money.
