I have booked a plot in Shantineer land project under Dharitri Royal Enclave, Newtown action area 3. I have paid 40% amount in advance. For the last 2 years I have been following up for the land registration. But they are neither registering the plot nor refunding the money. Their manager Chandana Nandi, Sautam Swarnakar, Jaydeep, No one is now receiving calls. Not allowing to meet and discuss anything in office.
Please advise me.
