I have ordered for wooden cutting board set of 2 nos. on 5th April 2022. However till date I have not received the said products nor received my money back. I have made online payment. but razorpay receipt is generated in the name of Shailesh Raghavjibhai Dabhi and not in the name of the company. Thereafter there is no communication from the company and no message or mail from them. I think the company may be fraud one and collecting money from the peoples and making advertisement on reknowned websites. The advertisers must take advertisment only of genuine companies. I think this is proper platform to rake up my issue. Hence I am filing this complaint.
