I got a call saying that i will get 20% cashback on every transaction and for which i need to pay 700 per month. But i did not get any facility from bank. I did not got any refund and they charged me by saying it is mandatory.

Dear sir
In 27 february 2024 you have offering me cash back service with shopping any type of things through credit card except fuel and other government service . your excutive or agent mis gauri told me that 700 per month fee we charging for this facility if you purchase through rupay, visa ,master card and she is also told me about the emi plan and one beautiful cuple gift.
I have accept the offer and pay full amount rupees 8400 with choosing EMI plan but this payment can’t convert to emi and I had to pay the credit card bill in full amount 8400 without any EMI.
I I called your customer service no.+91 9350288881 many times, but every time it was said that you will be given cashback, but till date I have not received anything.
I also shared my credit card statement.
I always talked to your customer service associates Simran and Shreyanshi But both of them always told me that you will get your cashback and And till today nothing has come into my account
