I had booked 6 Bunglow Plots in Disha Direct’s Project called “Landmarc Riveria” at Shahpur on 16th May 2010 by paying Rs. 2 lacs initially and Rs. 21.49 lacs in June’10 to their Company Yash Ventures. The project never came up as they received some Notice from Collector cancelling the N.A. Status. Later, in July 2014, Disha Direct issued me two allotment letters for 2 residential flats to be constructed in their project called “Bay Castle” near Alibag. However, when I chased them for Registration of the said properties the Managing Director Mr. Santosh Naik said that he was withdrawing his offer of flats at Alibag. And now I am still chasing Santosh Naik for getting my refund which he has agreed. Maybe he does niot even intend to refund my original amount of Rs.25 lacs! I would like to invite all who are cheated by this Company to join hands against our fight against such fraudsters. We would also like some strong Advocates to help us n this fight.
