It’s no Dove Vacation instead it should be called as Scam Vacation. I had recently purchased a package of 1 year from Sales team (Enjalika and Hussain) and was given a talk on various benefits for choosing them in comparison to others. But on booking we got to know that what the Sales person had promised us was completed denied by the Booking person.
Further we were told that:
1. Most of the hotels they offer are just average like 3 stars which one can easily get for around 2.5k to 4k per night
2. You cannot book more than 1 room during the stay at there selected hotels
3. No more than 2 people can stay in a room, additional charges will be applicable (which was promised to us during purchase that won’t be a problem)
4. The Sales person with whom you had deal with won’t pick up your call once you have fully transferred the money
5. They will delay/ avoid responding so that you end up not booking
6. All the goodies/ talk they give you at the time of sales are just fake
In the end it’s just a cheap trick to take all the hard earned money from the customer put them into their pockets and the customer ends up with nothing.
If whoever is thinking of purchasing their package please i request you not to fall into their trap like I did and save your money!! Because the money which I thought was getting invested has gone into their pockets.
