By contacting guests from prestigious hotels and claiming a dinner is reserved, they are still using an outdated, frivolous approach of sales.
On October 31, 2022, we received an invitation to a table reservation at Vivant Miramar Goa that stated our complete family was welcome.
Their sales and marketing teams called us numerous times to entice us with alluring travel offers.
As we enjoy travelling, we considered looking into these people.
They kept us waiting and made us fill out a form before inviting us to a table and continuing to make presentations, show movies, and explain how Doves is related to Anway Innoventures and how they have connections internationally while also providing us with a lot of bogus information.
They also displayed a few films.
After that, their senior entered for a final meeting and pretended to be doing us a great favour.
Due to the atmosphere, music, and announcements at the moment, we were persuaded to pay 89999 in advance.
We found that it was a sizable con.
The promised vacation excursion might be obtained without the membership.
Everything of it was garbage.
We chose to request a refund the following day.
But they persisted in pushing back against our new ideas.
We emailed their directors Manshi Shah, Praveen Tonger, and a few others, but the request was ignored.
They themselves have a policy stating that we can request a full refund within 90 days as long as we do so within 7 days, but unlike anything, they processed everything and then started calling us to demand further payments.
There has been no trace of a return for more than 90 days.
This is dishonest and fraudulent behaviour.
We must take action to stop these con artists and educate any elderly and vulnerable people who fall for their tricks as soon as possible.
These savants need to learn a lesson so that they don’t repeat similar actions on defenceless people.
