I had ordered 8 packets of cigarattes along with a few other things, so I was surprised to see only 6 packets when the items were delivered.
When I tried to contact them, they admitted their error but refused to refund my money and openly accused the customers of lying.
They are not even prepared to hold a conference call with the store because they are aware that they have been engaging in dishonest business practices.
When you pose a pertinent question to them, they simply stop responding and make no attempt to elaborate.
Even though the customer has a right to know what has been done and when because it is his money that they are using fraudulently, they claim to have thoroughly investigated the case and order.
This is clear-cut fraud on the part of the business. Please assist me.
