Hello team,
I have place an order with dunzo order number #10V9ZAL4686, not delivered.Delivery agent could not located my address in spite of giving clear instructions. I spent more than 20mins in helping the agent with delivery address, but still he did not deliver. After few mins I found that app is updated with status as delivered.
I called agent and asked why did he update it as delivered as ot is not delivered. Delivery agent said that customer support member asked him to update it as delivered.
Neither I have received the items its nor the refund is initiated. I request you to look into this issue ASAP.
