I booked a cab for 5 15 pm for 1st November from Malviya Nagar to New Delhi Railway Station, Booking ID is A110102245. I was informed of the cancellation of booking at 5 05 pm just 10 mins before of the travel time. I had to rush to find an alternative option to travel to Railway Station which took me half an hour and that too not a comfortable journey. I would have missed my train and could catch in last ten minutes of its scheduled departure. It caused me and inconvenience and mental harassment. I want a reason for informing me so late. I don’t see any problem if it would have been communicated 2 hours before travel time. Hope a justifiable action will be taken
