Dear Sir,
I got a call from eazyshopping4u.com that my number has been selected in a loyal shopper contest and they said me to pay a security money of 1.75 lacs which will be refunded . But after sometime somehow I was not convinced with the offer so I asked that I want to quit from the contest.
They agreed and promised me to refund my amount right after the contest gets over with the results.
But nOw they are hanging my calls for long without providing any resolution of my complaint.
Moreover at times I even get to hear “sir I am not the coustrmer care executive I saw the phone ringing so I responded I am not able to give any information about your concern”.
Plz help me in recovering my money back.
