Sir,
I have purchase a flat from Emami Realty in the year 2012 and as per agreement the are suppose to give delivery of the above flat by March 2017.
Till date they have not given the handover and not even know how much more time it will take.
In sale agreement there is a clause that in event of failure from builder they will pay us interest from April 2017 but when we talk to builder they denied the payment and said the delay was not there fault as they didnt get the Environment clearance in due time.
when i said that it was the duty of the builder to get the required approval before start of the project and also if there is any changes in the projects then why the common people will suffer.
