i purchase water purifier from Eureka Forbes. At the time of ordering, they gave web offer stating that free gift will be delivered. however even after follow ups, nothing has happened. I would like to file a case against Eureka Forbes for making false claims at the time of sale and then turning deaf when customer complaints.
