Eureka Forbes took full advance payment of Rs.21770 from me by credit card on 12/12/2016 for one CCTV camera and were not able to deliver and install the product on scheduled date, i.e. 13/12/2016. They were not able to do so even on next day at scheduled time of 11 am. I wrote to their customer care for cancellation of the order and was assured that I will get full refund of the amount.
Even today I have not got refund, they are shifting me from department to department but there is no action on my refund.
