I bought water purifier in the month of April 2015 and now it is may 2017 and in total i have not used even for 10 days. i was very clear in explaining my requirement of water purifier to the sales person who visited our house for demonstration. and based on our requirement he suggested us to use wall mounting newly model. but since the day that model never worked as it was connected to the main pipeline. and every second day i had to call for repair and finally service person stopped visiting saying i need to speak to salesperson as he has sold wrong product. and sales person Mr Asif 9913076605 never replied to call after that. and best thing was after 2 months of purchase my unit never worked as o service person came to repair. adding to it they delayed till one year and when warranty period got over they started saying that no first we need to renew serviced contract than they will come for visit. its ridiculous when during contract time no one came for service what would they do after renewal of contract. After that i told them to visit and rectify and take their visit charges they confirmed to come next day but till now on one came. this is kind of service we get after spending so much of money.
