EurekaForbes – Not refunding money after delivering faulty product

This complaint is against EurekaForbes.
I am Ashish Bunkar resident of Bangalore city.
I made online purchase of Aquasure RO+UV water purifier from http://www.eurekaforbes.com/water-purifiers/aquasure-maxima-ro-uv after consulting with Eureka Customer care on 26th of March 2017.
The order was delivered and when Installation engineer (Mr. (Dhanjay T EMP ID: 60503 )came (30th March 2017) for installation he found product faulty. He offered me replacement of faulty part which I declined and asked them to replace the complete unit.
For which they asked me 7 working days (Replacement req date: 30th April 2017) and failed to do anything within time.
Hence on 6th April 2017 I asked them to cancel the order and refund the money, for which they said 7-15 working days.

Again I had to call them multiple times to make them pick the faulty device from my home and start refund process.
On 13th April again after so many heated call they finally picked up the product and promised money will be back to my account max by 24th April.

And again they couldn’t keep their promise and failed.
I am still waiting for an update on my refund status and their is no one who can update me.

This is full unprofessional-ism from EurekaForbes and I request you to please take appropriate action.
I would like to charge them following:

1. Cheating with customer
2. Not delivering as per promise dates
3. Mental harassment to the customer
4. Interest on my money they have in their possession for more then a month
