Hi, I am also cheated by Excel dwelling. I had booked a plot with them in Hyde Park in the year 2012. They kept on lying that the project approval is getting delayed and finally in Oct 2015 they told me that they never owned the land and the were only trying to buy it and the Owner has not sold the lad to them and asked me to cancel the booking. Till date they have not refunded the complete amount that they were suppose to. Now their representative are even not attending the calls and ignoring the calling. They now have re-launched the at twice the cost. All this was to gather money from us and then cheat us get the bookings cancelled and not even refund the money and book it again at higher price with twice the amount. People lets unite and fight against this fraud and try to get are hard earned money back. Mr. Vijay has left the Organization.
