I had done some investment in this property in pebble creek of Excel dwellings. The term with Oxygen was buy back. But they are yet to return. In case of pebble creek. It’s a total mess. It is on litigation and the buyers are on the verge of losing their invested money. The management is rude and not even ready to call for a meeting with the clients to discuss the issues. And their staffs are a bunch of jokers. They just put the blame on their management and try to avoid calls. If things are going fine, you are lucky. But if something goes wrong (like the litigation in Pebble Creek). The buyers are like enemies for these people. Don’t go with this people guys. Not worth the risk!!
