Excel dwellings team has been delaying my refund of booking amount since last 6 months without any reason. They give a written commitment of a date and then stop picking my calls.

I am highly frustrated since due to them, my own commitments are going for a toss.

They have given me written promises atleast 6 times but each time they have failed.

None of the folks pickup their phones or respond to my phone calls,
