Initially signed up for their service. Paid full amount as it is their Ramadan promotion. After payment, we cancelled immediately due to some work circumstances on my company and country im working. Case officer was just assigned however I already told and emailed my intention to cancel. As per contract policy on refund, i should be getting a full refund since no service was done nor started by them. But they insist that I need to wait 12months for the refund and i’ll be getting only a partial which is totally a scam. Til now, no one’s answering my emails and calls and the agent whom I initially inquired was not answering.
