This agency is making a business out of the processing fee paid by applicants including me. They will ask for payment for the processing fee after they claimed that the applicants are qualified and they can find an employer in Canada. Whereas, the real situation was they are just sending a CV by e-mail which can be done also the same by an applicant. The issue here is, they are claiming that they specialize in consultancy to assist the applicant and they have associates inside Canada. After a long period, they will never contact you or e-mail you to inform you about the status of the application and when you follow up with them after almost a year, they will say that the reason why you were not selected is that the employer is looking for your IELTS. They found this alibi whereas if this is real, they should have informed the applicant at the earliest, not after a long period. If it is true that they have constant communication with the prospective employers and if they have an associate they can easily relay the actual status of the CV so that it could be improved and the applicant can provide all necessary requirements in addition to the application which employers are looking for. But this is not done by Expert Migration. Now, they are insisting that they can only offer a 30% refund since it was stipulated in the contract. This agency is making a business out of the payment by the applicant because of the 70%. The law should have stopped this agency from operations. They have forgotten that the service of the agreement was agreed upon by the applicants after the presentation of their services which are also stipulated in section 4 of the agreement and section 6 for the Refund Policy is permissive in relation to section 4 Scope of Works. Therefore they willfully, and intentionally deceived every applicant including me. UAE appropriate law should be enforced against them to stop their illegal activities.
