I had ordered fabric from fabartcarft.when they despatched it was the wrongcolour.They promised to take it back amd told me a courier will collect it.No body came and there is no reply to my emails.I orederd another fabric also,the payment was done but there was no aknowledgement and there is no reply to repeated e- mails
Guess i too had been cheated by them. I ordered a pink organza embroidered material of 3mts worth 1347/-
After 3days there was no response from them regarding the shipment.
I sent them an enquiry mail to which they responded and shared the shipment details of Indiapost speed post delivery and send me the tracking number too!!
Even waiting for another 5days i again emailed them asking abt the product to which they gave a reply that the product which I selected is out of stock and it might get restocked within 10day and only then they will send!!
I was shocked by their reply and I immediately sent them a reply to cancel the item and refund the amount. THERE IS NO RESPONSE SINCE THEN!!!
I very doubt that they hav tactfully cheated me!!
