FabFurnish has really a very bad customer support. They only make false promises and do nothing on their side.
I had ordered a hometown bed and a mattress from fabfurnish. The mattress was according be to the dimension mentioned in the website.
Then bed which was delivered was of smaller dimension than which was mentioned on website and due to which the mattress is not fitting in.
I have lodged a complaint with the customer support and I am calling almost every day since past 2 weeks, and the only thing they do is make false promises and assure that it would be resolved.
It’s been a bad experience with the website and the overall support and would suggest not to buy from here. There are plenty of complaints like mine and I really wonder what sort of cheat people are running it.
