It's fusion brand but the in text it says faction hut
I have ordered two adjustable cargo pants from their site which I saw on Instagram. I placed my order on October 2nd and today I e.,5th of October I received my order from ekart but the product I received is completely different from what I ordered.they delivery an old ripped jeans of bigger size which is not even worth a single penny,i tried to reach them via mail but they didn’t respond and I called on the number which was given on sticked slip but it’s switched off. And the product came in five packets with different credentials it was suspicious but I didn’t thought much while opening it with excitement but it was a total disappointment for me . Since it has only cod option I paid 898 rs for this but not received the right product.i tried contacting them but it’s of no use . Please help me get my money back or my order rightly. I shall be highly grateful to you for this. It didn’t send any mail and I only received information through text when the order was packed and also when it got shipped . They are doing fraud. Please help us to get our money back or at least we receive our product rightly.please help us 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
