I purchased two cargos of paint for a total of 899 rupees from the Instagram website snitchsnitch1.
When I called their helpline number, they instructed me to install an application and then fill out the necessary information. I received my delivery on August 27 and it contained two stitched and useless shirts made of low-quality material.
I end the call because I believe it to be unofficial.
