FACTION HUT – Received Defective Product

I ordered best-selling cargo pants (pack of 2) from the website. I received a defective and old product. Out of 2 pants, I received only 1 pair of pants, which is a larger size than I ordered, old and torn. I immediately contacted your customer service to report the issue and request a return or a replacement. Unfortunately, the response from your customer service has been lacking in terms of promptness and resolution. I was given conflicting information and had to spend considerable time on hold. It is deeply disappointing to receive something that does not meet the standards outlined in your advertisements. I have attached photos of the defects for your reference.

As a customer, I expect a prompt and efficient resolution to this issue. I would like to request the following actions to rectify the situation:
1. A full refund for the defective product.
2. A prepaid shipping label to return the product at no cost to me.
3. Expedited processing of the refund.

Please respond to this complaint within 7 business days to confirm the actions being taken to resolve this issue. If my concerns are not addressed adequately and promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue legal remedies to protect my consumer rights. I hope it does not come to that, and I believe it is in Faction Hut’s best interest to resolve this matter amicably.
