I would like to formally register a complaint against Faction Hut, a brand from which I recently made a purchase. To my disappointment, the products I received were not only used but also in a highly deteriorated condition. This experience has been utterly disheartening, especially considering that I paid 1000 rs for these items. I believe it is essential for the brand to address this issue promptly and ensure the quality of their products meets the expectations of their customers and we need refund for this.
