I ordered best selling cargo pants (pack of 2) from the website. I received a defective and old product. Out of 2 pants I received only 1 pant which is old and torn.
As a customer, I expect a prompt and efficient
resolution to this issue. I would like to
request the following actions to rectify the
solution.
1. A full refund for the defective product. 2. Expedited processing of the refund. Please respond to this complaint within 7 business days to confirm the actions being taken to resolve this issue.
