Be cautious when bringing any new business endeavours with them.
At the KR Inn hotel branch, everyone—including the booking team and sales team—is so careless and terrible to interact with.
Following up with the booking team for the last 10 to 15 days regarding one booking, but each time they promise to respond with details by evening but the evening has not yet arrived.
Despite the fact that I am aware of the names, I refrained.
Therefore please use caution when giving them our most valuable resources.
