This Fala Holidays is a fraud company. These frauds have told me nice words and asked me to accept their package. I asked them, I need two days time to think, but without listening to me, they have pressured me and I refused to give my card, but they pressured me and told us we will not take your amount, just that we will check if your card will get approved or not, and I refused for more than 1 hour. After that, they have taken my card and said it is approved. Without any intimation to me, they have deducted my amount (180000 with interest charged from me). Since one month I have been visiting this fraudulent Fala Holidays company to get my refund, instead of giving it to me, they are talking back very rudely and giving no response to calls as well
Below are the frauds who contacted me :
1.Roshini ( Contact person for me, great fraud who has taken my money without my interest, without informing me and without my knowledge )
2.Sharafuddin UM ( Never respond, if he responds he will be rude on the calls)
3.Roshan ( He says everything i will take care finaly he will tell other pesone name to conact )
4.Soundarya (Biggest Drama artist with rude behaviour, attitude)
5.Thasleem ( Never picks the calls)
