Iam Srilatha , i ordered 1 lehanga Rs 2350/- on 17 th November with this 9106139583 mobile number.
( AMB no : 80022477321 ,
Courier name : Blue Dart).
Order date : November 18 th 2022
Order no : 22111700092
Sold by : Fashion villa
Order through : Convey clothing
November 21 th I received the order and I was transferred the amount to this number 9533011731
( UPI transfer ID : – 232550284875 ).
And I don’t link the product and i was returned the item on 27th November with same address as i mentioned above .
(Return Tracking ID : H34277253).
Till now I don’t get the refund amount . I was texted and i tried to talk with them but they don’t lift the call and they don’t give me the reply aslo I tried so many times but they are not responding . That’s the reason iam contacting you with below attachments check once ,plz help me and give me the reply .
