Upon eagerly unpacking my delivery, I was dismayed to discover that the denim jeans I had ordered were not as expected. Contrary to my selection of denim jeans, I received a single pair of jeans, albeit in a different color, with unexpected red patches that were not at all indicative of the product displayed on your website. Furthermore, the website indicated that a second pair of jeans would be included as part of a promotional offer, which was not fulfilled in this shipment.
This deviation from my order has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the service provided.
