I purchased one featherlite chair in Nov 2020 and within 11 months the chair started having noise issues. The cranky noise from the chair is so much that it can be heard in other rooms as well.
I reached out to their customer care but to my dismay they are really someone who dont value customer service or customer’s issue. They took the invoice and details and after that stopped responding to mails.
Even if you call their customer care they will not pick up calls and even if you are lucky somehow to speak to someone, they will take your concern and will say that we will get back which will never happen.
This is one of those fraud companies which you cant trust ever.
