I faced the same issue: Placed an order with them on Friday, August 8, 2025 at 6:25 PM, worth INR 2799 Order ID 15343- order was not delivered yet even after continuous request and reminders. I requested cancellation of the order and the subject company didn’t refund my money instead offered a credit note applicable for a week?? I checked their online reviews and Instagram page @Femi9byas and @Shopwithfemi9 , (which are non-existent now due to constant reporting ) and came to know from collective feedback that this is their pattern and they are scammers and frauds. Their website femi9byas.com is a scam.
