I used Google Pay to make an online purchase of a dress for them. They informed me via message that the order had been completed.
When I asked for delivery details, they didn’t respond, and the order was never delivered.
No order was received. They have already received payment. Their numbers don’t add up. On WhatsApp, there is a number that occasionally replies to messages.
They replied, “Check status online,” when asked. Details of online delivery are not supplied. They said I’m spamming them when I asked for the delivery details.

Same issue: Placed an order with them on Friday, August 8, 2025 at 6:25 PM, worth INR 2799 Order ID 15343- order was not delivered yet even after continuous request and reminders. I requested cancellation of the order and the subject company didn’t refund my money instead offered a credit note applicable for a week?? I checked their online reviews and Instagram page @Femi9byas and @Shopwithfemi9 , (which are non-existent now due to constant reporting ) and came to know from collective feedback that this is their pattern and they are scammers and frauds. Their website femi9byas.com is a scam.
