I booked a flat at Faridabad Sector 89, Studio Apartment, Flat No. D0105, Area 615 sq.ft. ,Phase -II from Builder M/s Ferrous Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. in the year 2010 as per agreement after 3 years possession will be given by the Builder but till date no possession has been given by the Builder. It has already 8 year passed, 99% amount has been paid to the builder, right now no body is there to give response to us. Please do necessary action in this matter please.
