Hi, i had booked flat with ferrous infrastructure in 2006 on construction link plan, at that time builder commit me that the project will be finish in next 2-3 years time. Its more than 12 years now but builder is not responding to any queries, i already made 90% of the payment.
Someone with last name seth is the owner of this company but no response is coming from him. I tried to call his son amit seth but he told me that he is not part of that compamy. I need help here as if builder is not in position to offer the flat then he should return the money with interest.

can anyone suggest what’s next step in this case where builder is not giving the possession and no update is also coming from builder
