Purchased Invincible plus watch from Amazon site in Mar 23. The watch had defect in it and when brought to the notice of the company, got replacement in July 23. However, the watch again is having defect in Dec 23. It does not capture sleep data and when pressed the option in the watch, it hangs and restarts. Sometimes it restarts by itself. When same is written to the company, they are refusing to accept the defect and keep on sending the warranty clauses under which the watch does not fall. even upon sending the required photo and video of the watch explaining about the defect, they kept on asking. However, it was sent to them every time they asked. Need either replacement or refund.
