I placed an order of Huggies diapers on October 26, 2014 Order 1008802NL390AB408 from firstcry.com which was shipped via FIRST FLIGHT AWB: E99100015246. The courier company never delivered the product in my home and on November 11, 2014 suddenly the status updated to delivered and a person whom i don’t know received the package. I called firstcry.com customer service 4 times and everytime they told me someone will call back and let me know the status. November 20, 2014 i again called customer service and they told me the package returned to their warehouse and i will receive the refund. On November 29, 2014 i called again and they told me we do not have any information about your refund and logistics team will call you.
I spend around Rs 3000 for the diapers and so much of trouble. I want to make a consumer case against the cheaters and liars firstcry.com.
