Till today, I have made 4 orders on First Cry in last month. Out of these four, I got only one order number 4877122QV47288431 delivered and that too was delivered late. After that I placed an order 4877122QM72D20294 worth Rs 350 for which I had to pay Rs50 shipping charges. I din’t get that package and I got only Rs350 in refund. I beared Rs 50 shipping charges without any fault. After that I again made 2 orders 4877122QR8002E163, 4877122QN836CB089. I haven’t received these yet. These are again cancelled without even notifying me. I got refund for one and that too excluding shipping charges. This is really annoying, that I have to bear the shipping charges without any fault of mine.
