They are not responding either by mail or phone. Both are invalid

I was ordered to purchased smart watch on 18.08.2022 by Transation No. 7420235518790, Order ID 4801 and it was delivered to me on 26.08.2022, but there is in the box only henky this is cheating with me you are requested change it and deliver me original product i.e. smart watch.
