Delivered Smart watch make, and model was not matching with the ordered / advertised. item. Used item was delivered instead of new piece. Contacted the FitSense provided WhatsApp number but got an absurd answer. Their reply was it was sold on offer price, but I have paid Rs.2000/- which is not an offer price. The received make / model just cost Rs. 700 to 900 in other platforms. I bought this on Microsoft edge as advertised. Whatever you ask them or request them their reply will be “We Regret. Case closed.” Please beware of the fraud company and stay away from FitSense.”
