I ordered a Fitsense smartwatch on 09 Oct 2022 from its Official website & received a bangals in place of a smartwatch on 23 Oct 2022. I also raised a complaint & emailed to them about return & refund of thee product on 23 Oct 2022 but did not receive a reply from to them yet.
