I HAVE ORDERED A SAMSUNG GALAXY A5 FROM THE SITE BUT RECIEVED THE FAULTY PRODUCT. ITS SCREEN GOT BROKEN AND IT ALSO NOT GETTING ON. I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I AM FED UP WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY FLIPKART. THEY DON’T EVEN PICK UP THE CALLS AND NOT GIVING ME PROPER REPLY. HELP ME OUT OF THIS SITUATION.
