flipkart.com – cheating the customer regarding return of the item (return pickup)

Flipkart.com cheating the online customers – When placing the order it ask for the pincode to tell whether item can be shipped to particular address or not. However, it will not tell whether return pickup available for the pincode. Once placed the order and if he wants to return the item then customer service will reply saying we cannot arrange return pickup and need to return the item. It is totally cheating the customer, they only look for order to be placed and later they do not care when we ask for return. Same case happen with me Order Id : OD30916082087 where i ordered a flat slippers for size 42 but it become too large hence i placed new order for the size 40 and asked flipkart guys to arrange for return pickup. I got mail saying that will arrange pickup but later they say they cannot arrange the same. This is totally cheating. As order is shipped to Andhra region and current situation i cannot sent the item back due total bandh going on.Please look into it

    I had bought the Avita Laptop on 19th November 2020 with 2 years of warranty. The order id is OD120129160814974000. Currently the product is not working properly. It is completely gone abnormal. Since then, from August, I have been following the Flipkart, but there is no resolution to it.
    They have been giving me dates after dates on every follow up, but no one coming to pick the item. Now it is more than 3 months (03, Nov, 2022), the item is not yet picked.
    I am completely exhausted to call them every day and get the same piece of information from them. They are cheating and fooling me every day. My work is getting impacted. I want to sue them now. Can you please guide me how to sue them? I have all the proofs to reinforce my claim.
