I made a booking with a scheme from flipkart 10% cash back on debit card payment of Axis bank I bought a lenova laptop and tried to make debit card payment their system was not accepting card payment due to some site problem so I cancelled the order and spike to customer support they promised that I can make a card payment in delivery and can avail the offer sai I rebooked but now after delivery and card payment they are denying the cash back without my mistake their website was on fault. Sad to say that this is the way they cheat the customers.
